Cornelia Chebinou of the NGP just posted about Senators Voinovich and Lieberman's proposed reauthorization of the Federal Financial Assistance Management Improvement Act. The NGP is accepting comments on the proposed legislation to submit to Congress. I wonder what prompted this sudden move to reauthorize this keystone of the grants streamlining movement...?
