The National Grants Management Association (NGMA) has announced the lineup of keynote speakers for its upcoming 2012 Annual Training Conference, Trends in Grants Management. The conference will be held April 22–25, 2012, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Alexandria, VA. 

The Welcoming Keynote Address on April 23, “Grant Management Trends Preview” will be delivered by Gil Tran, Technical Manager at the Office of Federal Financial Management at OMB, and Danny Werfel, Controller of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) will present the Luncheon Keynote address,“OMB Update: Exploring Reforms to Federal Grants Management,” on that same day. On April 24, Stanley Czerwinski, Director for Intergovernmental Relations at the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) will kick off the day with the Breakfast Keynote Address, “GAO Update: Glimpsing Grants Management Trends in Light of Constraints”
